Return and Exchanges Policies

In P u r e z a we want to bring you the best service, it is for that that we accept the changes of the clothings. To change your clothing you have to follow the next steps:

1. The maximum time limit for exchanges is 15 calendar days after receiving the clothing.

2. The maximum period for returns is 3 days after receiving the clothing.

3. The clothing must be in perfect condition with intact label and without proof that it was used otherwise the exchange will not be effective.

4. You must contact our customer service lines to receive information to resend the clothing.

5. Once you make the shipment, you must share with us the tracking number of the shipment.

6. Once we receive the clothing, we will notify you and proceed to send you the other clothing you requested.

7. We only make exchanges for other clothing.

8. If the customer requires a refund and the purchase was made virtually, and if it meets the return times (3 days after receiving the clothing) will be refunded 90% of the total money for logistical reasons.

9. Discount clothings cannot be exchanged or returned. clothings purchased in pre-sale or under order are non-returnable.

IMPORTANT: The price of shipping for exchanges and returns will be paid by the customer.

Warranty

The warranty period is 3 (three) months from the time of purchase.

Pureza is exonerated from the liability arising from the warranty, when it proves that the defect or imperfection of the clothing is derived from:

- The improper use of the product by the Customer.

- When the Customer did not follow the instructions for the care of the product described below.

Clothing Care and Instructions

Hand wash at room temperature, do not bleach, do not wring, do not use washing machine or dryer.

We recommend washing each clothing separately.
