At Pureza, we proudly ship internationally from Colombia.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless the order qualifies for a free shipping promotion.

We offer free international shipping on orders over USD 200.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• International Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand seasons. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
